FEATURES OF BUILDING HOUSES FROM GAS BLOCKS

Aerocrete units are products of cellular concrete, which has many pores inside. This has a great effect on increasing its thermal conductivity. In addition, the ability to retain heat is affected by a unique composition with the presence of bubbles of hydrogen and aluminum powder. Aerated concrete is produced only in the factory using autoclave plants. In the process of manufacturing, the components enter into a chemical reaction, which causes a cellular structure. The industrial method of production guarantees building materials of better quality than, for example, foam blocks produced by the artisanal method. All this makes aerocrete more demanded building material than ordinary concrete or its other types.

The main advantages of aerated concrete
Strength. The density of gas blocks varies from 300 to 1200 kg / m3. They are homogeneous, their production does not use impurities, which gives the stability characteristics.
Low percentage shrinkage. For aerated concrete houses, this figure is up to 0.5 mm / m.
Clarity of geometric shapes. The accuracy of forming blocks according to GOST cannot deviate more than 1 mm.
Environmental friendliness. Aerated concrete is a “breathable” material, it is based on natural raw materials, and various indicators are similar to wood.
Aerocoups frost and moisture resistant, have a high level of sound absorption, do not burn, weigh little and serve for a long time.
The building material can be used for the construction of supporting structures, partitions inside the building, laying openings in the walls.
The surface is resistant to mold and mildew.
Nails can be hammered into aerated concrete walls, and they are easy to drill.
What is considered when choosing a material?
If the density of aerated concrete blocks is chosen correctly, then there will be no problems either during construction or during operation. In order not to be mistaken in the calculations, we advise you to analyze such issues as:

Dimensions of the building and heating area.
Floors and season of residence.
Location of the building and climatic conditions.
Estimated wall loads and available budget.
When selecting blocks by thickness, two parameters are necessarily taken into account: strength characteristics and thermal conductivity values. To protect products from exposure to moisture and other external factors, external wall insulation is carried out with foam plastic, mineral wool, and other similar materials.

Exterior and interior walls of aerated concrete
The walls of the gazoblokov – universal, because it is permissible several options for their exterior:

Plastering using reinforcing mesh.
Bricked up against a wall or with a ventilation gap.
Installation of hinged facades of siding, lining or panels along the guides.
The inner surface of the walls of the gazoblokov also plastered, puttied, revetted with decorative stone, etc. There are many options, because you need to proceed from their taste preferences and financial possibilities.
